Building-Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV)

DAIICHI BIPV can fit into different curtain wall systems. Especially, it uses semi-transparent PV panel in the sun shading system to replace the conventional glass/aluminum shading structure, which can provide diffuse natural lighting for balancing the shading and lighting purpose.

Unitized Curtain Wall / Curtain Wall Unit

Building-Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV)

The advantage of BIPV system over more non-building-integrated system is that the initial cost can be offset by reducing the amount spent on building materials and labor that would normally be used to construct the part of the building that the BIPV modules replace. In addition, BIPV allows for more widespread solar adoption when the building's intended outlook and aesthetics matters will not been disrupted by traditional rack-mounted solar panels.

Unitized Curtain Wall / Curtain Wall Unit

Unitized curtain wall system can be installed in a third of the time of a stick-built system. This system is well suited for cases where there is a large volume of prefabricated unitized panels required, where there are higher field labor costs (thereby shifting the labor cost to us), where higher performance is needed (for wind loads, air/moisture protection, seismic/blast performance), for taller structures, and more regular conditions for panel optimization.

Anodized Aluminum Panel
